Wordless Wednesday

We went to Disney World a few weeks ago.  On this trip, I decided to make a few Disney Shirts. I am no seamstress but I think they turned out kinda cute. They served their purpose!

I have never been a big fan of Tie Dye… I just never really got into it.  My twelve year old son, Alex, is going through a Hippie faze and he is wanting to tie dye everything!  Once we did our first shirts, I was hooked!  I now have a totally different view on Tie Dye. I guess what makes me love it so much now is because we get to wear something that we made.

Being a huge Disney Freak and our next Disney World trip scheduled in April, I knew there had to be a way to bring the magic of Disney into our Tie Dye. I got to searching on the internet for Disney themed tie dye. I found cute Mickey head instructions and gave it a try. I have to say that I was very thrilled with my first Mickey head tie dye shirt! Now I am the one who is wanting to tie dye everything……as long as it is Disney themed!!

My nine year old daughter, Kelsey Bug, has Autism and she loves Disney World. I have entered a photo contest being sponsored by the Rainforest Cafe with the grand prize being a trip for four to Disney World!!

My nine year old daughter, Kelsey Bug, has Autism. One of her most favorite things to do is draw. She does it constantly.  This past Saturday, she drew the picture below. I have always thought she draws very well but I was totally amazed at this one!
